On the day the Lord comes, he will be like a furnace that purifies silver or like strong soap in a washbasin. No one will be able to stand up to him.

We each have our imperfections - ways we fall short. We need the power of Christ to purify and cleanse us. The purification process may not be very pleasant, but the result is worth it.

Are we willing to submit to the power of Christ so that we may be purified and cleansed?
